Your ability to contribute to the success of our mobile application will be limited only by your level of skill or your willingness to learn from the best. As an intern, you will, work on your own assignments and consult with
experts when you get stuck.
You will be joining a small development team with the potential to play a large role in the company's growth and continued success.
Required Skills for Ideal Candidate
• HTML 5, CSS 3
•JavaScript
• Adobe PhoneGap or Appcelerator Titanium
• Experience with Subversion is preferred but not a must
• Must have a Mac computer with the latest version of Xcode. It is also preferred that you have at least one of each target device type; iPhone, iPad, Android phone (i.e. Samsung) and Android tablet.
• Flexibility and thirst for learning
• Willing to ask questions when you get stuck (Our developers are on Skype all day)
• Good and regular communicator
• Currently enrolled in a U.S. College or University
• Highest degree of integrity, work ethic and timely completion of assignments you accept
Responsibilities include
• Work as a member of our product development team to implement core functionality of our product
• Work with our engineers in order to understand business needs, features and requirements in order to satisfy a demanding student market
• Participate in regular Skype Scrum sessions to determine your responsibilities for the following Sprint
• Within guidelines provided by your team leader, write code segments and check code in weekly for review and testing
